LABC WINNER – BEST INDIVIDUAL HOME 2018
The LABC (Local Authority Building Control) Awards are presented annually to a shortlist of various categories throughout the country’s regions.
In 2018 we were delighted to be crowned ‘Winners’ of the Best Individual Home in the North West with Hulmefield Hall in Cheshire.
The Hall and outbuildings, all of which were new build, cover almost 25,000 sq.ft and are set in 120 acres of Cheshire countryside.
In addition to the benefits of modern building techniques, the project incorporated renewable energies in the form of ground source and air source heat pump systems which heated all of the living accommodation and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
The LABC awards are judged during various key stages of construction which give a true reflection of on-going quality.
